80年の「The Return of the Durutti Column」に収録のM1、2に始まり、「LC」「Another Setting」「Short Stories for Pauline」「Without Mercy」「Circuses and Bread」「The Guitar and Other Machines」「Vini Reilly」「Obey the Time」「Treatise on the Steppenwolf」「A Paean to Wilson」といった作品から選りすぐった30の楽曲に加え、80年10月7日のリーズでのライヴ音源を3曲収録した全33曲2枚組。活動初期から近年に至るまで、ヴィニ・ライリーのキャリアを総括したベスト盤とも言える内容。各曲の丁寧な解説を記したブックレットの最後に、イアン・カーティスに捧げた"The Missing Boy"の歌詞がプリントされているのが泣けます。
